Answer: Use the Admin Tool management software. Open the tool, search for available cameras, select the ones you want to modify, and click "Configure Selected Cameras." Input the desired network address range in the popup window and confirm.

I have more than 250 cameras, how do I allocate IP addresses?

Answer: You can use a Class B IP address scheme, such as 10.0.0.1 (subnet mask: 255.255.0.0). Consult your network administrator for detailed guidance.

I just received two cameras, why can I access the first one but not the second?

Answer: The devices are shipped with a default IP address of 192.168.1.4 for easy setup. However, each camera has a unique MAC address. The operating system may cache the previous camera's IP and MAC information. When setting up the second camera with the same IP, use the command "arp -d" to clear the cached information before connecting.

Outdoor camera's image appears very bright, what could be the issue?

Answer: For outdoor installations, it is recommended to use auto-iris lenses. If using an auto-iris lens, access the camera's web management page, go to Advanced Settings, and click on the "Auto IRIS Intelligent Correction" button. The camera will perform automatic iris calibration. After calibration, restart the camera for precise iris control.

Unable to connect to network cameras?

Answer: Have you modified the internal IP address of the network camera? Please refer to the provided documentation. If you have made changes, use the Admin Tool to search and reset the IP address. Also, ensure that the PC managing the camera shares the same IP subnet. You can also perform a factory reset on the camera through the web interface or using the Admin Tool.
